Food Bank

“What you do for the least of my brothers and sisters, you do for me.”

We are in our 38th year of serving those in need in our community through the Food Bank. It began under the direction of the Associated Churches of Fort Wayne with a small staff and a lot of energy. We believe it was the foundation of our Outreach Ministries that have expanded in many different areas.

Last year we were privileged to serve 204 families and 609 individuals in 2018. This was approximately 10,485 meals. We have been blessed with enough food and monetary donations to provide a five-day supply (in some cases more) of food to those who come to our door. God always provides through each one of you who contribute. Thank you so much for helping us to help others.

Again in 2018 we were able to provide complete Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners to 6 families. The “turkeys” and “trees” go off the front doors in one morning with great enthusiasm. The families always express their appreciation for this wonderful gift.

Thank you to the St. Alban’s family for the prayers, thoughts, food, and financial support all year. Above all is our praise and thanks to GOD for allowing us the privilege to serve him through this ministry.
