Parents of Graduates-to-Be   If you have a son or daughter who will graduate from high school or college this year, please let the office know now, so that we may include the listing of all graduates in next month’s newsletter.  We would like to not only know the name, but also the school, the date of graduation, and future plans.

YOUTH will meet tonight at 6:30 p.m.

WORSHIP COMMITTEE will meet this Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.

Men’s Nite Out will be May 2, 2019 at 6:30. It will be at Casa Grill at 411 E. DuPont Road.  The sign-up sheet will be on the bulletin board in the narthex.

HAPPY EASTER.  CHRIST IS RISEN!!!!

 

EASTER EGG HUNT to follow the 10:15 a.m. service today for ages newborn until 5th grade. Everyone interested should meet at the double doors in the narthex immediately after the service.

 

VESTRY will meet this Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m.

 

WOMEN’S BIBLE AND STUDY AND FELLOWSHIPwill meet this Thursday at 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the home of Marilyn Rafter. 

 

ORDINATION OF MELISSA RENNER will be this Saturday, April 27 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church in Elkhart, IN.  Please sign the sheet located on the bulletin board if you would like to attend and need a ride.

YOUTH GROUP will meet today at 12:00 p.m.

 

There will be 6:10 p.m. Holy Eucharist Rite II at Trinity Episcopal Church located at 611 W. Berry St. on Monday, April 15 and Tuesday, April 16, and Wednesday, April 17.

There will be also be a 7:00 p.m. Holy Eucharist Rite II with Foot Washing this Thursday, April 18 at Trinity Episcopal Church.

 

DAUGHTERS OF THE KING will meet at 10:00 a.m. this Tuesday, April 16.

 

There will be a Lenten Soup supper at 6:00 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church this Wednesday,  April 17, located at 10010 Aurora Pl followed by Holden Evening Prayer at 7:00 p.m.  

 

FRIDAY EVENINGS IN LENT:  Stations of the Cross will be held at 6:00 p.m. this Friday.  Walk with Jesus down the road to Calvary on The Way of the Cross, a powerful devotional liturgy that follows Jesus through His passion and death.  At each station a meditation, versicle and response, and prayer is read. 

 

YOUTH GROUP OVERNIGHT this Friday at 6:00 p.m.

 

CROSS AND SWORD DEADLINE this Friday.  

 

EASTER ENVELOPES ARE DUE IN THE OFFICE TODAY IN ORDER TO BE ADDED TO BULLETIN FOR EASTER. 

 

ALTAR GUILD will meet this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. to prepare for Easter.  

 

There will be a 9:00 p.m. Easter Vigil Rite I with Incense at Trinity Episcopal Church this Saturday.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 

Megan and Robbie Frede welcomed Charlotte Anne Frede into the world on March 29th weighing 5lbs 6ozs, they plan on calling her Charlie. Join us in saying a prayer of thanksgiving for the birth of Charlie and the joy of God’s blessing she will bring to all of us.

YOUTH CHOIR will meet today at 11:30 a.m.

OIW COMMITTEE will meet today at noon. 

The Lunch Bunch will meet this Tuesday, April 9th at Alberto’s Mexican Grill, 2529 S. Calhoun Street.  The time is 12 Noon.  We especially invite new people to join us, too!  Please see Anita Grams at church with any questions, or you may call her at 449-9682.
