-For Ash Wednesday this year St. Alban’s will be offering two services; one at Noon which will be a spoken service and one at 7 p.m. which will include music. Both services will include the proper liturgy for Ash Wednesday followed by the Eucharist and both will take place in the sanctuary.

-The 10 a.m. Bible Study on Ash Wednesday will be moved up to 10:30 a.m. so that those attending may conveniently attend the noon service directly after the class.

Stations Of The Cross begins Friday March 4th, 2022 at 6pm.

Updated COVID-19 Guidelines at St. Alban’s

St. Alban’s parishioners: Please see the Pastoral letter from Bishop Doug Sparks (below) on the updated COVID-19 Guidelines.  Effective January 1, masks will be required inside our building (IF) Allen County goes to the Red Advisory Level, we currently are in orange.   I’ve been in contact with both Fr. Michael and Cindy, and we wanted to send out this communication to you so that you can be prepared, since things could change rather quickly.  In the mean time as a cautionary measure, we do ask that you follow social distancing in the pews, and at coffee hour.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Greetings!

Just a few announcements!

The Return of Coffee Hour (Sort Of!)! – Beginning May 2nd, we will begin a modified return to post-Communion Coffee Hour/Fellowship with the following qualifications: there will still be no food; it will be bring-your-own-coffee (with lids!) and social distancing is to still be practiced. Whenever possible, we ask that people gather outside, on the walkway outside the front doors.

Happy Mother’s day…Don’t forget that Sunday, May 9th is Mother’s day. Whether your Mom is still with us or with the Lord, come to church Sunday May 12th to say a special prayer for her. May God bless all Mother’s and their most sacred vocation in life!

FYI: Fr. Michael’s regular office hours will be Tuesday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and any other time by appointment. Mondays will be his regular day off.
