Welcome to St. Alban’s Episcopal Church—we’re very glad you’re here!

Of your loving compassion, please pray for the soul of Glenn Grate who died this past Monday, September 18^th; and continue to pray for Carolyn, Austin and Whitney Grate and for all those family members and friends who mourn Glenn’s death. We are still finalizing memorial/funeral plans at this time but we will inform you as soon as we are able. 

Our annual Stewardship Campaign continues here at St. Alban’s. By now you should have received an electronic version of a Stewardship Letter and pledge card from Gary Pink—our Vestry member and Stewardship Chair. There will be additional letters coming from John Lorenzen, our Senior Warden and from Fr. Michael. There will always be additional hard copies of these documents available in the Narthex during this stewardship campaign period. Our official In-Gathering of pledges will take place on Sunday, October 8^th. THANK YOU for your consideration and participation in this stewardship process!

UPCOMING MARK YOUR CALENDARS:

The next Men’s Night Out will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27^th at Rack and Hellen’s Bar & Grill (525 Broadway St., New Haven 46774. 

If you are able, please review the sign-up sheets in the Parish Hall for future openings for Coffee Hour sponsors and hosts and consider signing up for a Sunday; this makes our post-service fellowship very festive and delicious and we appreciate any and all help in this area!

Wednesdays at 10 a.m. in the Parish Hall – come join us on Wednesdays as we tackle the Book of Isaiah. Our Bible Study is always followed by a celebration of the Eucharist. ALL ARE WELCOME!! 

The evening Bible Study and Eucharist that takes place on Thursdays in the Parish Hall at 6:30 p.m. is currently engaged in reading the First Letter of John. All are welcome! 

FYI: Fr. Michael’s regular office hours are Tuesday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and any other time by appointment. Monday is his regular day off.
