A YOUTH GROUP COOKOUT for students in grades 6 through 12 will be held on Sunday, September 8, beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the home of Mike and Kelli MacDonald, 15915 Bayview Boulevard, Grabill. Please contact Cindy Spice, 348-7061, to let her know that you plan to attend and what dish you are able to provide.

ALTAR GUILD meets on Saturday, September 14 to clean. Many hands will make the task go quickly. All current members are asked to be present. New members are always welcome.
ONE YEAR BIBLE STUDY meets September 15 at 9:15 a.m.
JUNIOR CHOIR Students in grade 2 and up are welcome to join the new junior choir, which will rehearse every Sunday, beginning September 15, from approximately 11:30 to noon. Plan now to add these rehearsals to your calendar.
SIGN UP NOW to help with our Johnny Appleseed Festival booth. Setup is at 4:00 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, September 20. The festival is Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Join us for a three-hour shift as a cook or server on Saturday and Sunday, or as an early morning fire starter. We provide the attire and supplies. Come and enjoy the fun and fellowship. If you’re new, why not join the crew?

FOOD BANK CURRENT NEEDS: jelly, pancake mix, pancake syrup, cereal, fruit juice, spaghetti sauce, laundry soap, dishwashing liquid, bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and toothpaste. Please note that we currently have an overabundance of vegetables and soup. We can always use workers 2½ hours once a month or when convenient for you.
