Nevada Jones will graduate from Northrop High School on June 13. She will attend Indiana University in Kokomo, where she will take nursing classes, looking to be a nurse practitioner. Nevada will play basketball for IU.

Andrew Michael will graduate from Carroll High School on June 8. Andrew plans to attend Ball State and major in music education.

Jordan Parker will graduate from East Noble High School on June 15. He plans to attend IPFW and major in engineering.

Jacob Sliger will graduate from Carroll High School on June 8. Jacob will attend Ball State University Honors College and study journalism.

Madison Sliger will graduate from Carroll High School on June 8. She will attend Ivy Tech to study culinary arts, then after two years there, plans to go to IPFW to obtain her bachelor’s degree in culinary arts.

OUR SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS this year were Vicki Irvine, Erin Layden, Natasha Pontius, Janine Steinbrunner and Melissa Townsend. Christian Formation Director is Kelli MacDonald. We thank God for providing these faithful servants to share the good news of salvation with our children.

A BIG THANK YOU to all those who gave their time to serve in the nursery this year: Crystal Harter, Emma Irvine, Madeline MacDonald, Miranda MacDonald, Andrew Michael, Laura Michael, Melissa Renner, Chris Renner, Madison Sliger, Jacob Sliger, Cindy Spice, Janine Steinbrenner.

OUTREACH COMMISSION meets this morning at 9:15.


THE LUNCH BUNCH will dine at the Gaither Family Resources Café, 414 E. Lake Street, Alexandria, Indiana at 1:00 p.m. this Tuesday. A carpool will leave from the church, if necessary, at approximately 11:30 a.m. Please note the time changes.

VESTRY meets this Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY AND FELLOWSHIP meets this Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Marilyn McClure.


MEN’S BIBLE STUDY now meets at 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays. All men are encouraged to attend.

ASCENSION DAY SERVICE Forty days after Easter our Lord Jesus Christ ascended to heaven, an event which took place before the eyes of His disciples, in order that the truth of His ascension might be historically established for the disciples and the entire Christian church. Plan to join us for the Ascension Day service at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29.

TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALL GAME! On Friday, June 13, members of St. Alban’s will gather together at 7:05 to cheer on our TinCaps. It’s a fireworks night, so be sure to invite your friends. Tickets are $9.00 each. Ticket envelopes and signup sheet are on the bulletin board. Payment must be received by next Sunday. Make checks payable to St. Alban’s.

FORWARD DAY BY DAY devotional booklets for May through July are available in the narthex. Please take one for your own devotions and another to share with a friend.

OUR CHRISTIAN SYMPATHY, tempered with the sure hope of the resurrection, is extended to the family of Loretta Curtis, who died May 2. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:57 A memorial service will be held this Saturday at 1:00 p.m., with calling one hour before the service.

FOOD BANK current needs: muffin mix, pudding, jello, bar soap. Please note: we currently have an abundance of macaroni and cheese, tuna, chicken noodle soup, ramen noodles and canned vegetables.

OPEN DATES for Altar Flowers are May 25 and all Sundays in June.

OPEN DATES for Sanctuary Candles are May 25, and June 8, 15, 22.
