ADULT CHOIR will rehearse at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays beginning today. Music enhances the act of worship and ties a congregation into the greater Church by continuing the traditions carried out by generations of Christians. The choir is entrusted with two things: to serve God in the capacity as conveyors of God’s Word through music, and to enhance the service for the faithful. Please consider joining this ministry.
YOUTH CHOIR meets at 11:30 a.m. today. This choir will meet on the second and fourth Sundays of the month.
YOUTH GROUP, grades 6-12, meets at 6:30 p.m. today.
DAUGHTERS OF THE KING gather together at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday for Holy Eucharist, followed by a meeting. This organization for women in the Episcopal Church is dedicated to prayer and service. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, their vision as Daughters of the King is to know Jesus Christ, to make Him known to others, and to become reflections of God’s love throughout the world.

THE JOHNNY APPLESEED FESTIVAL is next weekend. The St. Alban’s Sizzle Chop Booth is a great opportunity for fellowship with your church family! DIOCESAN FESTIVAL DAY will be held Saturday September 27, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Camp Mack in Milford, Indiana. Gathering is at 10:00, with worship 11:00. Bishop Little will preach. The main dish for lunch will be provided, but you are asked to bring side dishes to share. The cost for individuals is $10.00, with a family maximum of $25.00.
