ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Today is our Annual meeting. To celebrate and mark this important event in the life of Saint Alban’s, Bishop Sparks will be here.  Like all annual meetings we will elect wardens, vestry members, and convention delegates. 

This will also be a special annual meeting as it will be the last Dan+ leads.  He will worship with us at 9 am with a special liturgy.  The Bishop, wardens and Dan+ all decided that this would be a great opportunity to clearly mark a transition in our life and ministry together.  It will be a time to give thanks for the many gifts received, and a time to joyfully look to the future God has in mind.  So please do not miss this important day with worship at 9 am with brunch and Annual meeting to follow at 10 am. 

SOUPER BOWL SUNDAY Hundreds of congregations nationwide will transform Super Bowl Sunday into Souper Bowl Sunday – a unique interdenominational endeavor to glorify God and care for “the lease of these brothers and sister of mine.”  Matthew 25:40.  Please make a special effort to bring a can or two of soup to church on February 3rd for this Souper collection.
