 There will be a 5:30 PM Praise and Communion Service tonight.  Reverend Kathy Thomas (retired priest from Grace) will be leading the service, and the Grace team will assist us with the music.  Following the service we will have a light meal (food will be provided) to thank the Grace musicians (Dale, Ted, and Rhonda) for all their help with the Sunday evening services over the past couple of years.  I encourage you to join us.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 GRADUATING SENIORS TO BE RECOGNIZED TODAY.  Kelsie Gillig graduated from University of Texas with Masters in Anthropology Linguistics and will be studying in Spain working on her Doctorate.  Nevada Jones, graduated May 8th from I.U. in Kokomo, Indiana with a Bachelors in Health Science.  She is currently employed at Fort Wayne Autism Center in Fort Wayne.  Savannah Jones graduated from the Frederick Aveda Institute this past fall.  Aliyah Jones will graduate on June 9th from Northrop High School.  Andrew Michael, graduated from Ball State with a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Study education.  Jacob Sliger, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Ball State.  Also, Morgan Elizabeth Jankowski, granddaughter of Julie Zeider, graduated as one of the valedictorians from Penn High School on May 25th, 2018.  She will attend the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University majoring in ballet in the fall.  Morgan is a Wells Scholarship recipient.

 PRAYER NIGHT TONIGHT AT 5:30 P.M.  There is a new opportunity to join in prayer as a community.  Starting tonight we will have a special prayer night every first Sunday of the month at 5:30 p.m.  Any and all who would like to gather will share prayer concerns for our personal lives, Saint Alban’s life together, and our country and the world.  After spending some time sharing our prayer concerns, we will move into prayer.  Each month we will use a different style of prayer to teach us the many options of prayer.  Perhaps you will find a new way to pray!  Please join us!

 OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY JUNE 4.  It will reopen on Tuesday.

 MISPRINT:  WOMEN’S BIBLE AND FELLOWSHIP will not meet this Thursday but on the 14th and 28th at the home of Marilyn Rafter.

 MEN’S NIGHT OUT will be, Thursday, June 7th at 6:30 at Don Halls Factory, located at 5811 Coldwater Rd.  The signup sheet will be posted on the bulletin board in the narthex.

 ALTAR GUILD MEETING this Saturday at 10:00 for cleaning.

 CARE CONNECTIONS On the bulletin board, in the Narthex, is a signup sheet for those needing a ride to church events.  If you need a ride, please fill in your name, event, address, and phone number.  If you can offer a ride, please contact the person in need.

 THE LUNCH BUNCH meets on Tuesday, June 12th, at Timbuktoo’s, 215 E. State Rd 20, Fremont Indiana.  Carpool to leave church at 11:30.  Please sign the poster in the narthex and indicate whether you wish to have a ride and carpool from the church or will go directly.  If you have any questions or need to cancel, please call Anita at 449-9682.
