Announcements September 10

ANNOUNCEMENTS

HELP THOSE IN NEED FROM HURRICANE HARVEY.  We have all seen the destruction down in Houston.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to them, and prayer is the most important thing.  If you would also like to help financially then I suggest two ways.  First, donate to Episcopal Relief and Development, our own national church disaster response organization at http://www.episcopalrelief.org/.  Second, there are also many reputable disaster response organizations like American Red Cross, Salvation Army, and Habitat for Humanity, our own Episcopal Relief and Development, and many more that can be found at https://www.nvoad.org/

Responsibilities of the ushers include greeting, handing out service leaflets, putting up the flags, ringing the bell, taking up the offering, and tidying up the pews after the service.  New ushers are always welcome.  All ushers are asked to attend this annual meeting.

WE WELCOME BACK OUR CHOIR TODAY!
