IN SEARCH OF A SEARCH COMMITTEE. Although the announcement of Father Dan
leaving all of us is still new and raw our congregation needs to pull together and lead
Saint Alban’s forward. We need to form a search committee of approximately 8-10
individuals to assist in our effort to call a new priest for the Saint Alban’s/Grace
Collaboration. If you are interested in helping out with this particular ministry please
contact Cindy Spice at either firstname.lastname@example.org or 260-348-7061.

Beginning Wednesday evening, December 5th, Grace Episcopal Church will again
have its weekly Advent Soup Supper at 6:00 p.m. followed by Holden Evening Prayer
at 7:00 p.m. Holden Evening Prayer is a form of traditional Vespers developed in 1986 at
Holden Village in Chelsea, Washington. This beautiful setting, by Marty Haugen, is easily
sung by the congregation, includes scripture readings and prayers, and the service lasts
about ½ hour. Holden Evening Prayer has been an integral part of Grace’s Lenten and
Advent seasons for many years. We hope you will join us on Wednesdays, 12th, and 19th.
This is the perfect way to pre-pare your hearts and minds for Christmas.
