UPCOMING/MARK YOUR CALENDARS: 

The next meeting of the Lunch Bunch will take place on Tuesday, 5/19/26 at 12:30 p.m. at B.B.’s Indian Kitchen (3235 N. Anthony Blvd., Fort Wayne, 46805). Please join us! 

On Tuesday, 5/12/26 it will be Team 1’s (George Shamp, Rose Tinder-O’Brien, Loren Woody & Fr. Michael) turn to help serve dinner at the Rescue Missio(404 E. Washington Blvd.) from 4:15 – 5:30 p.m. Thank you for your participation in this important ministry!  

The Daughters of the King will have their next regular meeting on Thursday, May 14th at 1 p.m. in the Parish Hall. 

The Vestry of St. Alban’s will next meet on Wednesday, May20th at 7 pm in the Parish Hall. 

SAVE THE DATE: Sunday, May 31st, 2026 at 1 p.m. in our Parish Hall, St. Alban’s will be hosting a Deanery-wide listening session with the Standing Committee of our diocese so we can begin to discern how and when to call the next bishop for Northern Indiana. PLEASE PLAN TO JOIN US FOR THIS IMPORTANT MEETING! 

If you are able, please review the sign-up sheets in the Parish Hall for future openings for Coffee Hour sponsors and hostsand consider signing up for a Sunday; this makes our post-service fellowship very festive and delicious, and we appreciate any and all help in this area!

Wednesdays at 10 a.m. in the Parish Hall – come join us on Wednesdays as we read the First Book of Kings (think: stories about King Solomon—the wise one!). Our Bible Study is always followed by a celebration of the Eucharist. ALL ARE WELCOME!!

The evening Bible Study and Eucharist that take place on Thursdays in the Parish Hall at 6:30 p.m. is currently studying the Book of Psalms. Don’t worry—we’re not going to do all 150 at once; we’ll do them in sections interspersed with other books of the Bible! All are welcome!

FYI: Fr. Michael’s regular office hours are Tuesday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and any other time by appointment. Monday is his regular day off.

UPCOMING MARK YOUR CALENDARS:

The Stations of the Cross will be offered and prayed each Friday in Lent at 6 p.m. beginning this coming Friday, 2/16/24 at 6 p.m. This spiritual practice will continue through the evening of Good Friday, 3/29/24.

Annual Easter Egg Hunt

We are in need of candy to fill eggs for the annual Easter Egg Hunt that is held after our Easter Sunday service. We are requesting candy that is individually sealed and small enough to fit into an average plastic egg. If you prefer, you can donate money for us to purchase candy – please make any checks payable to Saint Alban’s and put Egg Hunt in the memo line. All candy should be placed on the table in the Youth Group room downstairs no later than Palm Sunday (March 24th). Reach out to Megan or Cindy Spice with any questions and thank you for your support!

On Tuesday, 3/12 it will be Team 1’s (Molly Haas, George Shamp, Loren Woody & Fr. Michael) turn to serve dinner at the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission(404 E. Washington Blvd.) from 4:15 to 5:30 pm. Thank you for your willingness to serve in this capacity!

The Lunch Bunch will have its next meeting at Big Eyed Fish (1502 N. Wells St., Fort Wayne) on Tuesday, 3/12 at 12:30 pm. All are welcome so please join us!
